Job Description
Join the Suhail Industrial Holding Group as a Furnace Operator! In this full-time position, you will be responsible for pouring and regulating the flow of molten metal into molds, ensuring the production of ingots and castings.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Moving prepared metal to the pouring area using cranes or other systems.
- Adjusting metal in molds to account for shrinkage and conducting sample collections for analysis.
- Examining molds for cleanliness and ensuring proper equipment positioning.
- Reading temperature gauges and maintaining safety protocols.
- Performing ladle maintenance and preheating before metal receiving.
