Job Description
Zeetechcent is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant / HR Officer / HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing organization charts and job descriptions/specifications.
- Conducting organizational design and job evaluations.
- Implementing recruitment and selection processes.
- Submitting HR planning every month, ensuring our staff needs align with departmental requirements.
- Managing recruitment processes via LinkedIn and Facebook, collecting CVs from various channels.
- Overseeing selection processes, including resume screening, interviews, and job offers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs 20,00.00 – Rs 35,00.00 per month
