Job Description
Join our team as a Furnace Operator! Key responsibilities include pouring and regulating molten metal into molds, moving ready metal to the pouring area, and ensuring proper mold cleanliness. You’ll also determine metal adjustments for shrinkage, collect samples for analysis, and monitor equipment positions.
We expect our operators to read temperature gauges accurately, manage ladle linings, and maintain diligent safety and housekeeping protocols during operations.
