Job Description
We are excited to invite both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our dynamic team at Crossnotch Firm. As an SB Agent, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional support. Your role will also include collecting customer feedback to enhance our products and services.
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Laptop with the latest Windows version (minimum Windows 10)
- Quality headset
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps)
Shift: Full-time from 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM (with breaks).
Pay: Rs 17,500.00 – Rs 120,00.00 per month.
