Job Description

We are excited to announce that Crossnotch Firm is looking for both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our dynamic team. As an SB Agent, your main responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support. You will also collect customer feedback to help enhance our products and services.

Requirements:

• Good English speaking and listening skills
• Laptop with the latest Windows version (must be 10)
• Good quality headset
• Internet speed of at least 15 Mbps

Shift Details: Full-time shift: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (with breaks)

Pay: Rs17,500.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
