Job Description
About the Role: Hycus Solutions is seeking a passionate and articulate Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for our domestic clients. You will provide exceptional service through phone communication.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries professionally via phone (1:00 PM – 9:00 PM).
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Contribute to a productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional writing skills in English and Urdu.
- Fluency in written and spoken Urdu.
- Proficient in computer applications.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; prior call center experience is a plus.
Compensation: Rs. 22,00 per month plus commission.
