Job Description
HM Enterprises is seeking a dedicated Human Resources & Recruiting Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints. You’ll provide valuable information about our solar products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction by actively listening to their needs and offering appropriate solutions. Additionally, you will manage office data efficiently.
