Job Description
We are hiring experienced Inbound Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for SAS Fairdeal PVT. Ltd, a reputable Taxi Company based in the UK.
Job Responsibilities:
– Answer inbound calls and take taxi bookings.
– Book via phone, email, or online and input data accurately.
– Provide price quotes and handle inquiries via chat and email.
Requirements:
– UK returnees preferred with effective communication skills.
– Fluent in English (preferably with a British accent).
Pay: Rs300.00 – Rs400.00 per hour
