Job Description

We are seeking an HR Executive to lead our company’s recruiting, learning and development, and employee performance programs. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing compensation packages, implementing performance reviews, and developing fair HR policies while ensuring compliance with labor legislation.

The HR Executive will oversee the hiring process, assess training needs, and manage employee grievances to create a supportive workplace environment. Strong experience in Human Resources is essential.

Job Type: Full-time (Night shift from 6 pm to 3 am)

Pay: Rs25,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
