Job Description
IZ Square is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to be part of our Night Shift team, supporting clients in the USA and Canada within the B2B sector. This is an on-site role based in Islamabad.
Job Details:
- Shift Timing: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
- Location: BS-14 Business Square, Gulberg Greens, Islamabad, 4400
- Salary: Rs70,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
- Contract Length: 6 months
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries, provide solutions, maintain records, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and previous customer support experience is a plus.
