Job Description
Multi MZ Collections is seeking a dedicated Female Customer Service Representative (CSR). The CSR is responsible for managing customer inquiries and complaints, providing information about products and services, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns with appropriate solutions.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Assist in promoting products and services to customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience: 1 year as a CSR (Social Media handling preferred)
