Job Description
We are looking for both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join the Crossnotch Firm team. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide outstanding support. Your responsibilities will include collecting customer feedback to enhance our products and services.
Requirements: Previous experience with Avatar is preferred. Must have basic English proficiency and excellent listening skills, be able to handle 600-800 calls daily, and work night shifts. A working laptop with Windows 10 and an internet speed of 15 Mbps is essential.
Pay: Rs17,500.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month.
