Job Description
HCMS is urgently seeking a talented HR Executive to join our team in Gujranwala. The key responsibilities include managing employee attendance records, facilitating payroll processing, overseeing HR operations like onboarding and offboarding, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering positive employee relations.
Qualifications required for this role are a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 1-2 years of experience in HR management. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is essential.
