Job Description

Crossnotch Firm is looking for both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents. As an SB Agent, you will assist customers with inquiries, resolve their issues, and provide outstanding support. Your role will also involve gathering customer feedback to enhance our products and services.

Requirements include experience with Avatar, basic English proficiency, and the ability to handle 600-800 calls daily. Candidates should be computer savvy, sales-driven, and willing to work night shifts.

Shifts available: Half-time from 7:30pm-12:30am and Full-time from 7:30pm-5:30am.

Pay ranges from Rs17,500.00 to Rs120,00.00 per month.
