Job Description
A leading telecommunication company, ASK Development Limited, is seeking a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and handling complaints.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate
- Communication Skills: Must be fluent in English
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service or call center, preferably in a UK-based environment
- Salary: Rs45,00, including incentives up to Rs15,00
- Benefits: Free medical insurance
- Shift: Rotational shifts (morning, evening, and night)
- Work From Home: Available after the probation period
