Job Description
Position Overview: Blurred Ego is seeking a Client Support Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will assist with customer inquiries, manage communication through calls and emails, and ensure a seamless experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams.
- Assist in onboarding new clients.
