Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and creative Commis Chef to join our bakery team at IHCL. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the quality consistency of mise-en-place and finished bakery products, developing relevant buffet displays, and maintaining high creativity levels in product offerings. You will also manage portion control and wastage, while ensuring compliance with FSSAI guidelines.
Key requirements include conducting regular audits for safety and hygiene, monitoring operations to ensure standards are met, and maintaining proper storage and labeling practices. You will play an essential role in enhancing the ambiance of our venue through standardized confectionery and bakery props.
