Job Description

We are seeking a skilled BPO Recruiter to join Ideal Logistics. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in BPO hiring. This position offers a salary range of PKR 30,00 – 50,00 and requires working hours from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM at our Link Road, Lahore location. The role can be done onsite or in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities include: managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Requirements: Proven experience in BPO hiring, strong communication skills, and proficiency in ATS software is a plus.
