Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Software Support Engineer for the Eastern Time Zone. Your primary responsibilities will include providing professional responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone. You will troubleshoot technical issues with our SaaS platform, document customer interactions accurately in the CRM, and assist customers with account setup.
We require a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of software support experience. The ability to communicate effectively in English is essential. The position operates from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. The salary ranges from Rs95,00.00 to Rs120,00.00 per month.
