Position Summary: As an Area Sales Manager, you will be the key point of contact for all Sales Operations within your assigned area, focusing on Field Sales, Distributors, and Customers to achieve set objectives and targets.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Achieve targets/KPIs for assigned area.
• Develop and implement field sales plans.
• Manage distributors/customers and operations.
• Execute Channel Category plans effectively.
• Provide quality, timely information.
• Coach and develop teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Sales/Marketing or related field.
• 2-3 years of field sales experience.
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
