Job Description
Reall Time is hiring for its Customer Service Department! We are looking for self-motivated individuals with strong communication skills and the ability to work night shifts.
As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling phone calls with professionalism and active listening
- Resolving customer complaints via phone, email, Live Chat, or social media
- Assisting with order placements, refunds, or exchanges
- Canceling or upgrading customer accounts
This is a full-time position with a pay range of Rs50,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month. Candidates with prior experience in Call Centers will be prioritized.
