Job Description
Join Prima Systems as an IT Support L1 Officer! We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide first-level technical support to our end-users. You will assist users with hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring timely resolutions while adhering to our Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Your responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, escalating complex matters, and documenting all support activities. Candidates should have 2 years of IT support experience and a good understanding of English. This is a full-time position with a monthly pay ranging from Rs100,00.00 to Rs150,00.00.
