Job Description
Call Cafe is currently seeking energetic and passionate International Customer Representatives to join our team. We welcome both experienced agents and fresh candidates to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make calls to international clients, requiring fluency in English.
- Follow communication scripts and manage outbound calls efficiently.
- Identify customer needs and upsell with clear information.
Job Requirements:
- Fluency in English with good accent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Punctual, responsible, and positive attitude.
Location: 552 B Block, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi
Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM or 08:00 PM – 06:00 AM (6 days/week)
