Job Description

TTC Amigos BPO is seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our HR team with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Assist with recruitment and interview coordination.
• Support onboarding and orientation.
• Address employee inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with policies and labor laws.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (preferred).
• Experience in HR or administrative roles (a plus).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month
