Job Description
Closet Stores Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Rental Boutique team. Prior experience in customer service is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone calls.
- Engage with potential customers, provide product information, and drive sales.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Stay informed about product features and pricing.
- Ensure prompt handling of inquiries for high customer satisfaction.
Salary: PKR 25,00 to 30,00
Qualifications: Minimum 1-year experience in Customer Service; Proficient in MS Office.
Job Type: Full-time, 12 PM to 9 PM, Monday to Saturday.
