Job Description
Call Cafe is seeking energetic and passionate individuals to fill the position of Inbound International Sales Representative. We welcome both experienced agents and fresh candidates to join our vibrant team.
Responsibilities:
- Make calls to international clients in fluent English.
- Follow communication scripts and manage calls effectively.
- Identify customer needs and upsell products.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English with a strong accent is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
Location: 552 B Block, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi.
Shift: Afternoon (4:00 PM – 2:00 AM) or Night (8:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
Type: Full-time, 6 working days.
