Job Description
Ziyan Textiles, a leader in the hand-knotted carpet industry, is seeking a proactive Admin & Operations Manager. This role involves overseeing production processes, managing vendor relationships, and resolving labor challenges to ensure smooth operations and high-quality outputs.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee production, act as a communication point for vendors, resolve labor issues, coordinate teams, implement workflows, train workers, monitor inventory, and ensure compliance with export standards.
Key Requirements: Proven experience in the flooring or carpet industry, strong production and vendor management skills, computer literacy, excellent communication, and detail-oriented.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs100,00.00 – Rs120,00.00/month | Location: In person
