Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Admin Assistant. This entry-level position is perfect for fresh graduates eager to thrive in an office environment. You will manage office supplies, assist with workstation setups, address equipment issues, and maintain expense records.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Assist in general office maintenance.
- Set up workstations for new hires.
- Record expenses and prepare reports in Excel.
Qualifications:
- 3-6 months of experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
