Job Description

We are seeking a skilled individual with strong communication abilities and fluency in spoken English for our projects based in the USA and UK. Candidates should possess experience in packaging.

Responsibilities:

• Managing incoming calls, chats, and emails.
• Generating sales inquiries and coordinating responses.
• Handling customer complaints and providing solutions.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of packaging experience in USA/UK. Job hours: 8 PM to 5 AM. Salary: Rs60,00 to Rs110,00 per month.
