Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to join our vibrant team at Dione. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and efficient multitasking.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with guests via email and phone.
- Resolve guest issues with operations agents.
- Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance.
