Job Description
Abacus Consulting is seeking a dedicated QA Evaluator to enhance our call monitoring processes. The selected candidate will perform live call monitoring and provide insightful trend data to the management team.
Requirements for this position include:
- One year of Call Center Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Good Communication Skills
- Exceptional listening and analytical skills
- Excellent proficiency in MS-Excel (Stats/Graphs)

Pay: Rs37,00.00 – Rs42,00.00 per month
