Position Title: A.M MEP Maintenance

Qualification: B.E (Mechanical/Electrical)

Job Description:

Responsibilities include designing maintenance strategies, performing routine maintenance, and responding to equipment faults. Must have knowledge of mechanical, electrical safety, HVAC, compressors, and fire alarms. Monitor maintenance costs and develop inventory lists. Report daily to the BUH and Head of Technical and be available for 24/7 stand-by duties.
