Job Description
The Front Staff Members play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operations at Pyali Restaurant, part of the Zakori Group. You’ll greet customers, take orders, manage seating, and create a welcoming environment that reflects the hospitality of desi cuisine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet customers and guide them to tables.
- Present menus, answer queries, and provide recommendations.
- Accurately take and input food and beverage orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and assist during peak hours.
