Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee our travel consultancy team at Kolaxo Contact Center Services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Travel Consultancy, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales growth.
Responsibilities: Lead a team, implement sales strategies, ensure excellent service, conduct training, and build supplier relationships.
Requirements: 4+ years in travel, proven leadership, strong communication skills, and experience with GDS.
