Job Description

Aircell Technology is seeking dynamic and professional Male & Female Call Center Agents for our Lahore office. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, possess excellent communication skills, and effectively handle customer inquiries.

Job Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication skills in English
• Customer service-oriented approach
• Basic computer skills
• Previous experience in a call center is a plus but not mandatory
• Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls
