Job Description
Location: Gulberg Greens, Islamabad
Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Compensation: Market-competitive salary plus attractive bonuses
We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Customer Service Representative specializing in cold calling to join our team at Thrive360. Ideal candidates will have up to 1 year of experience and a desire to develop their skills in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities include conducting outbound cold calls, building customer rapport, addressing inquiries about products and pricing, handling objections, and maintaining records in the CRM system.
Qualifications: Strong verbal communication, ability to handle rejection, organized, and goal-oriented are essential.
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
