Job Description

Hcm International, a leading company in the telecom industry, is seeking a Customer Care Executive (Premium) for our Lahore office.

Salary: 45k + incentives

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately.
• Provide personalized customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Escalate issues to supervisors when needed.
