Job Description

Join Digitech Outsourcing Solution as an INBOUND Customer Support Executive! Our clients are located in the US, Canada, and Europe. We operate 24/7 and are looking for dedicated candidates with prior inbound CSR experience, preferably from US or UK campaigns.

As a part of our team, you will:

• Handle customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone.
• Respond to service inquiries and complaints.
• Participate in trainings and team meetings.
• Work collaboratively to provide excellent customer service.
