Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
1. Hire, train, and lead a team of riders.
2. Maintain records of daily deliveries.
3.Oversee inventory management in the absence of Packing In-charge.
4. Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
5. Manage cash handling and bank deposits.
6. Report daily to Hub In-charge and Head Quarters.
7. Perform other delegated duties.
Requirements:
– 3+ years of experience in a 3PL company in a similar role.
– Must reside in Rawalpindi/Islamabad.
– Experience leading a team of 10+.
– Good literacy and numeracy skills.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office.
This is an Islamabad-based position.
