Job Description
Golden Pearl Cosmetics (Pvt.) Ltd is seeking an experienced Zonal Sales Manager with a strong background in the FMCG or cosmetics industry. Ideal candidates should possess knowledge of metro and rural distribution handling, as well as experience in primary and secondary sales, and credit management.
Your responsibilities include:
- Meeting and managing primary and secondary sales targets.
- Implementing channel-wise sales strategies.
- Planning brand positioning and team development.
- Overseeing distribution sales force management.
- Providing on-the-job training and support.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs125,00.00 – Rs200,00.00 per month
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience: 5 years in ZSM Sales (Preferred)
