Job Description
Join the Zakori Group as the Assistant to the General Manager! In this critical role, you will support daily operations by drafting standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintaining Excel and PowerPoint files, and collaborating with the General Manager to optimize efficiency.
Responsibilities include:
- Documenting and improving SOPs.
- Tracking and analyzing operational metrics in Excel.
- Creating impactful PowerPoint presentations.
- Assisting with project planning and execution.
- Organizing operational records.
- Facilitating communication across departments.
