Job Description
Zeta Technologies is seeking qualified individuals for the role of MTO Network Operations (SMS & VOIP). Our team is responsible for 24/7 Network Management Systems (NMS), ticket management, and seamless communication with global telecom client NOCs and Messaging Business Units.
Responsibilities include provisioning, troubleshooting Level 2 issues, managing complaints through a ticketing system, and compiling reports in Microsoft Excel. Candidates should hold a degree in Electrical/Telecom Engineering or a related field and be able to work in shift operations.
This position is based at our Corporate Office in I-9/3, Islamabad. We are hiring 2 positions.
