Overview:
Arfa Karim Technology Incubator is seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Team Lead to join our customer service team. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and effective team performance. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of call center agents to drive productivity and enhance customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Stipend: Rs35,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month + incentives based on targets.
