Job Description
NAQSHA (PRIVATE) LIMITED is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Property Sale and Rental Manager (Female) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in managing commercial property transactions with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee sales and rentals of commercial properties.
- Build relationships with owners, investors, and tenants.
- Conduct market research for pricing.
- Manage property listings and marketing.
- Coordinate showings and inspections.
- Negotiate and finalize sales and leases.
- Prepare contracts and ensure compliance.
Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
Location: Lahore (commuting or relocation required)
