Job Description

We are seeking both fresh and experienced candidates for the position of Human Resources Officer at HR Solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Update job descriptions and manage recruitment programs.
• Oversee compensation plans and pay structure revisions.
• Train managers on employee coaching and discipline.
• Resolve grievances and enhance employee relations.
• Plan and evaluate HR policies, programs, and practices.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree, Fresh to 1 Year of Experience.

Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi

Salary: Rs.45,00 to Rs.50,00 per month
