We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Accounts and Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations, reporting, and strategy. The ideal candidate will manage budgets, provide financial analysis, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. You will optimize cash flow, manage accounts, and lead the finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare timely financial reports including balance sheets and cash flow.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Monitor accounts payable/receivable and manage the general ledger.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting (CPA/CMA/MBA preferred).
- 10+ years in finance/accounting with 5+ years in a managerial role.
