As the Loan Recovery Team Lead, you will develop and execute recovery plans for overdue accounts. Analyze delinquent accounts to identify patterns and optimize recovery strategies. Handle escalated cases and negotiate with clients for settlements or repayment plans while ensuring all interactions are professional and ethical.

Requirements:

Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in collections or recovery, strong leadership and team management skills, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
