Job Description

Join IHCL as a Reservations Supervisor and play a key role in driving revenue through effective selling and upselling of room reservations and additional services. You will provide outstanding customer service by answering inquiries and assisting both potential and existing guests professionally. Your responsibilities will include preparing daily reports (Business on Books, cancellation and creation reports, VIP Arrival) and ensuring prompt responses to room-related queries.

As part of our team, you will assist the Reservations Manager in maximizing room revenue, ensuring an increase in Average Daily Rate (ADR) and the highest EBITDA for the hotel.
