Job Description
LAKHANI GLASS (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a highly driven Assistant Sales Manager to support the Sales Manager with day-to-day operations. The role involves developing strategies to enhance sales and effectively addressing customer complaints.
Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales quotas consistently.
- Supervise and motivate the sales team.
- Monitor the sales team’s performance and relationships with vendors.
- Identify opportunities to boost sales.
- Act as Sales Manager in their absence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred.
- 3 years of experience in sales and customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
