Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Call Centre Agent (CSR) to join our team at Three Percent Pakistan in Rawalpindi. This full-time position involves engaging with clients, managing deals, providing outstanding customer service, overseeing escrows, and ensuring successful deal closures across various campaigns.
Qualifications:
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Experience in deal closures and escrow management
– Minimum 2 years in a sales/closing role
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
